Apta Guardianship is a healthcare program that gives every member unlimited access to a primary care doctor online who manages their entire care journey. This is far more than an annual checkup. Members have complete access to their Guardianship team, which includes primary care providers, nurses, and concierge support. Primary care providers handle up to 90% of member care including chronic conditions, routine care, and even some specialty needs.
For anything that can't be handled by a primary provider virtually, the Guardianship team will negotiate direct cash prices for medical procedures with qualified providers. This means members aren’t limited to providers within a particular network. If providers accept cash payments, we can work with them.
